Deck the halls, mail your cards and shop early...so that
you too can join us in sharing the excitement of our early Christmas gifts
arrival, here at RJM Aussies.
Trumpets announce their anticipated December 10th arrival...as the band
plays on, declaring our fantastic news.
Stay tuned...the fun's about to begin and what a Christmas this will be, my
friends!!!!!

In unison the trio waddles and eyes are
opening...next comes the hearing and more stability about their motor skills. Oh
yes...the vocal part is yet to come.
All three are very sweet, healthy, fat and
content. What a wonderful Christmas...with puppy thoughts abounding...and I must
say, 3 fantastic homes await their arrivals in February.
These three are some of our very finest and
it is with great pride, I present them:

Yes the little "thief" appears to love pancake syrup and seems
to be very proud of herself!

"Mr. Packie "

Packie & Coogan - Christmas 2011

Our dear Packie is now 4 months old and growing
like a weed!
He has settled into our routine and getting
more and more comfortable with his surroundings, including Cousin Coogan.
I've attached some recent pics for your viewing enjoyment! Packie's markings are
stunning and his blue eyes so big and bright!
He's a beautiful contrast to Coogan's tri-color markings. Packie is becoming a
loving little man and enjoys some quality cuddle time with Mom & Dad.
We thought we should enjoy this for as long as we can, since he will soon be too
big to have on our laps!
|
 |
Still, he will on occasion go into
"attack" mode, but really more of a playful romp. We're enjoying
walks since the weather turned nice, and he's doing great after
being introduced to the gentle leader. We've taken both the boys to
frolic off-leash at a local park and they wear themselves out after
running wild and free for about an hour. |
|
Then, it's back home for a little
afternoon nap on the deck. Riding in the car is great fun, and
Coogan has decided it's okay for Packie to go along, so long as he
doesn't interfere with his "flying" time. Packie has not yet
graduated to the window, but will soon enough I'm sure.
We're having twice the fun now, and
showering them with twice the love, too! Things just couldn't be
better! Thank you for heightening our happiness!
Take care...your loyal Aussie
friends,

| Hiya Judy! Here is our
2-week report. All is going beautifully. Packie is
almost housebroken already, such a smart boy! Our
biggest challenge is the bonding between the two
naturally. We give them time together to adjust, then a
much needed separation when things get a little too
aggressive. But, we see progress each day so I'm sure
it's just a matter of time. We've wasted no time in
getting Packie out for walks up and down the sidewalk.
The exercise is great and when he's tired, he'll nap and
give us some quiet time. I've attached a precious photo
of our boys which I think you'll enjoy. Tomorrow we're
going out to socialize, maybe a walk in the park for a
bit since it's supposed to be really warm.
Coogan is adjusting slowly
but surely, and I haven't broken our routine of "mommy
and me" time, our trips to the grocery store, rides in
the car (just us). Packie had his first grooming
experience this afternoon. First he watched his big
brother get a trimming and brushing on up on our
grooming table. Then it was Packie's turn, got a nice
little brushing to familiarize him with the exercise for
future puppy spa sessions. ;-)
We're a happy little
family and enjoying every minute of it! We'll continue
to keep you posted.

friends, Susan & Tom |

Here's a lovely quote I received today in card from Coogan
and Packie's parents:
"Aussies are Angels disguised in fur who remind us of
love!"
