Snoop is his name....and play is his game, in his delightful home with Mother and daughter heading his team, here in the KC area.

Mr. Snoop is having a ball with his new family, entertaining them at every turn...and his wish is their command...
including Lexie putting on his favorite TV show and sharing her pillow...

"Matilda"

"Tilly" is now enjoying her charmed life in the greater KC area, with Grandchildren and fellow Aussie buddy nearby.
Her new caregivers are a lovely couple...devoted to their new princess.

"Fia"

Fia......a work'n cow girl, taking a break long enough to greet some fans!

Fia is on her way to South Texas where she will grow into her career position of organizing the cattle, just as she pleases.
She joins a dynamic family, 2 canine pals....where she will continue "life according to Fia"!

These lovely babies will be ready to venture off to their new homes late March. They hold all the promise of producing that extra special pup that you've dreamed of...and we'll watch this litter develop for correct matches.  However, I do know from the basis that this is a repeat cross, that Cooper and Flame will produce pups that will be athletic, devoted and carry that "old soul" characteristic, unique to the CH Las Rocosa Tom Bull Wolf lineage...something that we see in our progeny.  With this mating between Cooper and Flame, we should see all color patterns with a strong influence, as demonstrated in the past, of reds in this litter.  If you view our previous litters on the web site, it will provide a basis of what I'm referencing.  Flame's sire is championed in both conformation and herding and she is a delightful tease in personality.  Cooper, a Justin son, carries forward a sweet and loving demeanor....with off-spring representing him with honor in therapy functions and athletic events.  This combination preserves the herding instinct that is so very important in the intelligence equation, for translation forward in their highly versatile roles that these pups are capable of performing...in addition to being totally devoted, loyal and loving companions.

Some interesting "history" about our RJM puppies & their pedigree...

 

Back in 2002, I had an email "conversation" about our dogs and their ancestors with my dear friend Joseph Hartnagle.  We were speaking of the history of my dogs bloodlines and Joe shared the following thoughts concerning their ancestry...

"Your RJM Aussies are direct descendents from one of history's greatest sires, Hall of Fame CH Las Rocosa Shiloh.  This pedigree is based on generation after generation of Hall of Fame Sires and Dams.

 

This pedigree is made up of the three foundation families of Aussies that are noted to be the foundation that started our breed.  Line bred Las Rocosa was crossed with Red Rustler line as well as the Flintridge line...both crosses were sired by Hall of Fame Sire CH Las Rocosa Little Wolf STDcd.

 

When the out-crosses were made it was to some of the breeds finest in every way...

Hall of Fame Sire CH Briarbrooks Checkmate ... over 100 Breed wins

Hall of Fame Sire CH Fieldmasters Blue Isle Barnstormer, produced over 100 Champions

Thru Las Rocosa La Mesa Spur, we have his pedigree recorded prior to the breed being registered.  So he has one of the longest recorded pedigrees, that trace back to ABOUT 1930's...

 

Many of the dogs in this pedigree are certainly some of the most winning dogs in K9 History...and best of all, they were some of the best family dogs that any one could have had...Sweet, Beautiful family friends that devoted their whole life in pleasing their families...

 

I could go on all day about every one of the dogs in your pedigrees.  They are all so special...and just some of the best and most winning...3/4's of the dogs in the pedigrees have earned the title of Hall of Fame."

The power house players in the pups pedigree are Destiny, mother and grandma to many, Justin...sire of  Cooper...
and of course Miss Joey (a Destiny daughter, dam to Cooper) assuredly they are all key ingredients in the unfolding of the legacy!
Flame's sire, Chance, is a champion conformation dog with numerous herding titles proving the versatility in this pedigree...Angel, another Destiny daughter,
is beautiful,  smart, perceptive, deeply devoted and loyal.

In truth, all of the "ancestors" back many generations are the wonderful stepping stones to what we realize in this cross...
the basis that has provided the same uncanny intelligence and abilities possessed by their ancestors.
